     Demi Moore, a Hollywood icon who defies the passage of time, has revealed one of the fundamental pillars of her wellness routine: the raw food diet. At 61, the actress looks radiant and in shape, and much of this appearance is attributed to her strict diet based on raw foods.This diet, increasingly popular among health enthusiasts, focuses on the exclusive consumption of foods that have not been subjected to high temperatures. Fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, cereals, and legumes are the stars of this diet, always in their most natural state. The idea is to preserve the maximum nutrients and enzymes in the foods, which, according to its followers, are altered by cooking. The actress has highlighted numerous times the benefits she has experienced thanks to this diet. Among them, she mentions higher energy levels, more efficient digestion, and more radiant skin. Additionally, the raw food diet is rich in antioxidants, which help combat cellular aging and prevent diseases.

Demi Moore's decision to adopt a raw food diet is based on her quest for the most natural and healthy eating possible. The actress has expressed her concern about the impact of processed foods on health and has opted for a diet that aligns with her values and lifestyle.  

 A raw food diet includes uncooked, unprocessed foods. While you might think otherwise, cooked foods are usually harder to digest than raw foods, plus cooking nutrient-dense foods tends to destabilize some of their valuable enzymes and destroy certain antioxidants and vitamins. Raw foods also help alkalize the body, reduce acidity, and have less of a chance of fermenting in the gut and causing inflammation/autoimmune reactions.
