Signs of nutrition deficiencies

 𝐄𝐲𝐞𝐬:

Dark circles or bags? You may be dealing with allergies, food intolerances, or dehydration.

Poor night vision can be a sign of low Vitamin A.

Bloodshot eyes could indicate a need for more Vitamin C.
